Dish:
As I am ressearching on the video and about the dish, I figured out making a creme brulee would not be long enough to do a video because their isn't many components in the dish except the part where you have to burn the sugar on top of the custard, in order to caramalize it. I've been thinking on doing either a homemade pizza or a burger from scratch. This dishes when made from scratch require a lot of components and ingreidents that I could use for the video. I am not sure what dish I am going to be able to do since I am moving, which is going to complicate my project. Depending on how long it takes, I would choose the dish for the video
